Your questions answered

Do I need to have done the other sessions first?

No. You can enter AI, Embedded at any level. If you have an existing Claude setup we can build on, great. If you’re starting fresh, we factor that into the day design. Either way, you leave with a working system.

Why is there a discovery call before booking?

Because a full day is a significant investment and we want to make sure every hour is designed for your specific business. The discovery call means we walk in with a clear plan – and walk out with exactly what you needed.

Can this be done virtually?

Yes. The preferred format is in person at your office – there’s something about building in your actual environment that makes a real difference. But virtual works well too, and we can make it equally productive via Zoom.

What do I need to prepare?

After your discovery call, Debbie will send through a short pre-day brief covering what to have ready. Generally: access to your core tools, your Claude account active, and a clear head for a day of building.

What happens after the day?

You’ll receive full session documentation within 24 hours – everything that was built, how it works, and recommended next steps. For ongoing support, many clients continue with a Strategic Operations Partnership.
